The conference will take place in the building (1 Kronvalda Boulevard) of the Faculty of E-Learning Technologies and Humanities of Riga Technical University.

The university has a modern campus in Kipsala, but some departments are located in the centre of the city.

The faculty building is right in the centre of Riga, important landmarks in the neighbourhood are the National Opera Theatre, National Drama Theatre, the Old Town and many museums.
